OVERVIEW: Agora, a high-tech company located in Silicon Valley, has several visual designers creating sales and marketing materials for their real-time communication API product.

PROBLEM: The processes and protocols for design requests, execution, and decisions were vague. The designers were overworked and delegation was not defined.

SOLUTION: Design processes were defined for efficiency, Adobe Library was utilized for organizing digital assets to reduce artist workload. Also, a “non-designer” brand guidelines were created for simpler tasks such as creating a Word document, that is still brand compliant, without the need of designers.

RESULT: Projects were completed quicker with streamlined workflow. The protocols became clear and expected. The Easy-to-understand brand guidelines reduced the simpler but numerous requests.
